The function of a base in a machine tool is to prevent the “twisting” of the machine. At Tohshin Technical, the entire plant is designed and constructed as a machine foundation. In order to protect the entire plant from “twisting,” it has added an additional 600mm on top of the bedrock, which is equivalent to 2m of concrete. In addition, in order to prevent dimensional changes in parts and machines due to temperature changes, the air conditioning equipment incorporates an automatic temperature setting system, which controls the set temperature to±１℃ within a range of up to 4m above the floor. Also, we pay attention to the color balance so that our employees can always devote themselves to their work in a comfortable environment.
