Scraping which affects the rigidity of and processing precision of machines requires a high degree of skill.
At Tohshin, we have cultivated a group capable of achieving under１μm levels of precision.
In addition, we also have a roller processing test field that allows us to conduct multiple tests where successful and unsuccessful experiments have been conducted that have helped to cultivate our knowledge in grinding processes.
At Tohshin, we take the lessons learned from the tests and feed them back into the Centerless Grinders, and we provide the processing and experience we learned to the customers as a service.
